A violent poltergeist attacked the residence of Charles and Annie Daughtery in Spetember, 1962. The elderly couple witnessed flying bottles and vases for two days before they notified the police. The flying objects, along with a levating carpet and moving furniture, were witnessed by scores of neighbors, police, and news media representatives. One day nealy twenty thousand people showed up in the front of the house to witness the phenomena.
